Sir Charles Court (Geraldton)

Sir Charles Court was a prominent Western Australian politician, born on 29 September 1911 in Watermans Bay, Perth. He served as the Premier of Western Australia from 1974 to 1982. Court was a member of the Liberal Party and played a vital role in the development of Perth during his tenure. He is recognized for his contribution to the creation of the Perth central business district and the establishment of the federal Perth-Fremantle railway line.

Heath Ledger (Perth)

Heath Ledger, born on 4 April 1979 in Perth, was an acclaimed Australian actor. His breakthrough performance came in the 1999 film "10 Things I Hate About You". Ledger gained worldwide recognition for his portrayal of the Joker in the 2008 film "The Dark Knight," for which he won a posthumous Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
